Building a Panda Friendly Website - What You Have to Do

As Google has rolled out changes to the way it figures out search engine rankings, it's necessary for most site owners to think about making their sites more Panda friendly. If you're not concerned, then maybe you don't care about your site's search engine rankings. However, if this important to you, it's time to figure out what you need to do. You'll find that there's nothing too difficult to learn, so that's a good thing.

It's taken a while, but Google is really playing hard-ball now. Over the years, they discussed some things but only made a minimal effort to enforce them. Nevertheless, here are three important tasks you need to do to become friendlier to the Panda.

Don't make any changes until you first understand one of the ways how Google might penalize a website. Your site may only have one page that is deemed offensive to what Panda wants. That one page could be the reason your entire site is penalized. Wherever possible, ensure the content you use is great quality and unique to your site. If you have pages that you know are not all that great, then delete them or rewrite a better post or article. Your content should be more than 400 words, so add some more information to shorter posts if you can. Actually, I would raise that to 450 and then keep everything above that. We tend to feel that anytime people are too hasty to consider using new approaches or ideas in their business that they are basically not allowing for maximum growth and revenue. But this just goes back to the concept of testing because even having an open mind to try something, if only once, is the smart thing to do. Obviously we have no clue how you feel concerning commission movements review, or if you would ever even think about trying it. On the other hand, there are a lot of people who are led too easily and tend to believe without due diligence.

You probably are well aware of the dangers of skipping over checking things out. Maybe it is just survival of the fittest and those who succeed are the ones who use common sense in business along with other qualities. We generally read horror stories from people who have not been online and in business for long. We really pretty much do not care who it is, if something is new to you then you have to preform some research to get another side of the story. What you will usually end up doing is not wasting your time and money.

There are so many areas that are being affected by Panda, and one of the huge areas is backlinks. Backlinks give Google a way to see how many other sites out there like your content enough to recommend it to their own readers with a link. This has always played a role in Google's eyes, but they're now placing more importance on the types of backlinks you attract. Link quality has become an important aspect.

Things considered will be whether the link is coming from a poor quality link wheel, or from a site with great PR, or from an authority site. There is also an emphasis on how natural your link building strategy appears. So you will need to have the kind of content that is appealing and informative. If you can do that with all of your content, then it's only a matter of time before people start linking to it on their own.

This next tip has been known for many years, but the difference is that now it is more of an imperative and cannot be ignored. When you're building backlinks, look for ways to incorporate lots of different sources and site types. Google wants natural and organic backlinking which means you have to get them from as many sources as possible. You should also include social media in your efforts. Just don't overdo your efforts with one specific method. When you've done this, turn your focus to sites with higher PR or authority sites. Don't be afraid to include links from sites with PR zero as well, as these help your strategy appear natural. Incoming links and the content of your site are essential to making sure your site is in accordance to Panda. The first thing you need to do is guarantee that your content is top notch because that is what will determine how everything else goes. Keep in mind that content is what will make or break you more than any other factor.
